Return Policy

At Anubhav Passions, we take care to deliver books in good condition. Since books are printed products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Return eligibility:
A return or replacement request may be accepted if the book received is physically damaged, has missing pages, major printing defects, wrong binding, or if the wrong book has been delivered.

Return request period:
Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the book. Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

Non-returnable cases:
Books will not be accepted for return if they are damaged after delivery, used, marked, folded, torn, written on, or returned without proper reason. Change of mind, dislike of the book content, or accidental duplicate order may not qualify for return.

Proof required:
To process a return or replacement request, customers may be asked to share order details, clear photos of the book, packaging and the damaged or incorrect portion.

Replacement or refund:
Where applicable, Anubhav Passions may offer a replacement copy, store credit or refund based on the condition of the case. The final decision will depend on product availability and verification of the issue.

Shipping for returns:
If the issue is confirmed as a genuine delivery or product defect, we will guide the customer regarding the return or replacement process.
