2. Ordering & Payment
🔹 All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and confirmation.
🔹 Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
🔹 We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
🔹 An order is confirmed only after full payment (except for COD orders).
🔹 In case of payment failure, we are not responsible for any transaction issues caused by banks or payment gateways.
3. Shipping & Delivery
🔹 Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
🔹 Tracking details will be shared via email and SMS once the order is dispatched.
🔹 Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Returns & Replacements
🔹 We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.
🔹 A replacement is allowed within 7 days of delivery if:
✅ The book is damaged in transit (torn, bent, water-damaged, etc.).
✅ The book has printing defects (missing pages, binding issues, misprints, etc.).
✅ You received the wrong book that does not match your order.
🔹 To request a replacement:

📌 Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
🔹 The book must be returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error.
